The Central Coast Monster Skate Series Is Back for 2008!

THE DATES FOR THE 2008 MONSTER SKATE PARK SERIES HAVE BEEN SET! The Central Coast Monster Skate Park Series is a skateboarding contest for youth of all ages, gender and ability levels. The series, held at various skate parks throughout the country, is divided into eight age categories with prizes and points given for each contest. Awards for the overall champions are presented at the final contest on May 31. Divisions 6 and under, 7-9, 10-13 all have a registration cut-off time of 9:30am. Divisions Women (all ages), 14-17, and 18+ all must register before 10:30am. The sponsored divisions 15 and under and 16+ must register by 11:30 am. All contests will begin at 10am with the 6 and under and following in order: 7-9, 10-13, women, 14-17, 18+, sponsored 15 and under, sponsored 16+. The sponsored divisions are co-ed. Be sure to check helmet and pad requirements at each park before arriving at the contest. If you are not wearing the appropriate safety gear you cannot be allowed to skate. The cost is $10 per entry.
