This is a great park to walk and hike. It is a natural park with picnic, softball, volleyball, bbq areas, and picnic areas. Watch for poison oak.

Elm Street Park

Elm Street Park has a great 'ship themed' play structure, restrooms, 2 baby swings, and two big kid swings, a large bbq area, a large grassy area and picnic tables.

Kingo Park

This is a small park with a toddler play structure, picnic tables with bbq grills, and a fountain. There are no swings at this park.

Lopez Lake Recreational Area

Lopez Lake is a 4276 acre park and it is a great place to camp, boat, and hike. The daily fee to get into the park is $7 per car (plus additional fees for boats). If you want to camp please call to make a reservation. The Mustang water slides is within the Lopez Recreational area - see the swimming section of this website for more information.

Rancho Grande Park

Park amenities include a regulation basketball court, group and individual picnic areas, horse shoe pits, sand volleyball court, two play structures (one for tots and one for the bigger kids), a large open space turf area, and restrooms.

Strother Community Park

Strother park has two play structures - one for big kids and one for little kids, a full basketball court, restrooms, handicapped access to the play structures, softball, horseshoes, grass volleyball. Many bbq and picnic areas are available making this a good choice for a party. Call to reserve a large group bbq area (area #1 and #3 hold 35-40 people and area #2 holds 60-80).
