Out to the movies.

Kids (and adults) of all ages love going to the movies. Going to see the latest movie is always a big treat in our family and we tend to remember the kids first movie theatre debuts. There is something wonderful about seeing characters come to life on that big screen. The snacks are pretty darn good too - not that I would indulge in anything so unhealthful (*cough*).

Also remember that if you have a newborn we have two local drive-ins (Sunset drive-in in San Luis Obispo, and HiWay drive-in in Santa Maria). Perfect for letting the baby sleep in the car seat while you enjoy a feature.

Go kick up your heels and save me some popcorn.
