Inside Play

We have such incredible weather on the Central Coast that sometimes a parent (and by parent I mean me) might panic when the weather is less than perfect.

However, when the weather is not cooperating it is a fabulous time to go visit one of our local museums. We have a lot of smaller museums on the Central Coast which are A LOT of fun.

We also have some nice movie theatres which are always a treat to go to. I always bought the kids snack pack until I saw one resourceful mom with a row of kids making her own snack packs with the mega, free-refill popcorn bucket! But hey, if the theatre asks, you didn't hear that from me!

Some other ideas are:

• Beatie Skate Park in Atascadero is a covered facility.
• Stay at home and do some crafts.
• Attend the library or a storytime.
