Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth. One play the first Avenger and the other plays the Norse God of Thunder.
Who would win in a fight? Well we already know that, but let’s compare bodies. Which hunk has the better body?
When it comes to the workout the Chris Evans did, he worked out about 5 times per week and also did a bunch of cardio. Chris Hemsworth on the other hand did a lot of heavy weight lifting as well a bunch of different fat burning circuits.
These two all star players are obviously in excellent shape but when it comes down to the nitty gritty, I would have to tip my hat off to Chris Evans for having the better body. The reason I say this isn’t because I like Evans as a better actor but more so because he has a much more proportional body which plays well to the role of Captain America that he is trying to portray on screen.
Every year, thousands of people try to lose weight, but guess what, they fail miserably every single time?
Why is this?
It isn’t because they lack the desire to get in shape but they lack the proper motivation to get their butt to the gym.
So how exactly do people like you and people get more motivated to workout and eat healthy? The answer lies in getting a bunch of visual stimulation. By visual stimulation I mean using pictures of people (this can be men or women) and to use these images to motivate you to further lose weight.
Does it work? Well I wouldn’t say this approach is scientifically valid, but a lot of people have told me that when they have a picture of what is ideally their dream body, that they are more inclined to training hard to the gym. So just go to Google image search and try to find a pic of the most attractive individual you can find. You will be surprise by how well it works.
